After processing and shipping, your order will be delivered within the standard shipping timeframe for your location.

Shipping Costs:
Free shipping in the USA on all orders $150 or more.

Tracking Your Order:
We provide tracking information for every order. You'll receive an email containing tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delays and Exceptions:
While we prioritize timely delivery, factors beyond our control (such as holidays, customs clearance, and unforeseen events) may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding during such times.

International Shipping:

Returns and Exchanges:
For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at contact@lacibelesboutique.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We'll provide guidance on the return process. Please note that returns will not be accepted after the 10-day period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
